Cruzr

Cruzr is UBTECH's cloud-based commercial service robot for public-facing places - retail, hospitality, healthcare, transport, government offices and other commercial buildings. It greets and receives visitors, guides them, answers questions and carries advertising, navigating autonomously among people. The current Cruzr 1S generation plans its path to centimetre accuracy using UBTECH's own U-SLAM navigation with an upgraded depth vision system, and a built-in multilingual large language model lets it answer customer questions like a salesperson. An automatic parade mode sends it around a venue broadcasting messages, and it can dance and act as a promoter through its multimodal interaction. It connects to building IoT devices such as lights, curtains, air conditioning and screens, so it can control and demonstrate them as an intelligent display hub. It charges on command, on a schedule or automatically, running about 8 hours per charge with 24-hour standby.
