Bibe 120 is a very large automatic maxi-shuttle that carries tyre containers on two motorised Intralox belts, with a capacity of 12 tonnes. It runs outdoors on concrete with SLAM laser navigation, covers its load automatically and has outdoor laser scanners front and rear plus front and side bumpers. Like Esatroll's other vehicles it is designed and built in-house in Switzerland and adapted to each customer's plant, and it can be run by Esatroll's customised supervisor, which takes calls from workstations, assigns vehicles, manages right of way and load delivery and logs activity.
