ANSCER TRail is an autonomous trailer-unloading robot for dock and warehouse operations. It enters the trailer, picks every pallet and exits with no operator, working around the clock; ANSCER quotes 26-30 pallets an hour and 98% dock success. It starts from the TRail CB 2000 forklift and adds safety-certified LiDARs, a navigation sensor, depth cameras and ANSCER's autonomy stack, so it can navigate unmapped trailer interiors and retrieve pallets without human direction. It targets 53 ft dry vans and handles GMA, EURO and CHEP pallets. The design follows ISO 3691-4 for driverless industrial trucks, and it integrates with warehouse systems over VDA5050 and WMS interfaces.
