The Scuba X1 Pro introduced OmniSense+, which Aiper presented at IFA 2023 as the first ultrasonic 360-degree pool mapping system in a robotic pool cleaner. The sensors map the pool, locate obstacles and feed a quad-core processor that works out the most efficient cleaning strategy. FlexiPath adaptive planning then shapes the route to the pool it finds: a cross-pattern for irregular shapes, and depth-aware adjustment that keeps the robot working over ladders, elevated platforms and multi-level features such as tanning ledges. An automated supplemental pass returns to anything the main clean missed. Dual jet motors give 6,600 GPH of suction, and WaveLine 2.0 tackles the waterline with more reach, stability and power than the previous generation. Five cleaning modes plus three intensity levels are selected from the app, which also handles monitoring, and the robot charges on its own dock.
