AIM's Lift Deck (lift table) AGVs carry large, non-standard loads that do not suit forks or conveyors - racks, trays, coils or oversized pallets - on a flat elevating platform. They are omnidirectional for complex layouts, and their modular design supports weighing systems, coil stands and automated hand-shakes with conveyors or production lines in automotive, metals, food processing and logistics; options include multi-deck configurations, parasitic drive and quad travel. They carry up to 18,000 lb (about 8,165 kg) at 30-60 ft/min, handle +/-3 degree gradients, run on lead-acid or lithium batteries with fast-charge auto-docking, work indoors or outdoors and are laser-guided, with four e-stops, front and rear obstacle sensors, Keyence safety bumpers and speed-dependent scanner zones.
