Addverb Dash

Dash is Addverb Technologies' assembly-line robot: a low, long mobile platform that carries a product through the build process instead of a moving conveyor line doing it. Addverb sells it in two forms - Dash Line, aimed at two-wheeler manufacturers, and Dash Tug for tugging and material handling. Across the series payloads reach 1,800 kg. Dash Line carries 250 kg on a platform measuring 2,320 x 750 x 405 mm with an adjustable wheelbase of 1,200 to 1,600 mm, so it can be set to the product being built. Synchronised dual scissor lifters raise and lower the chassis, which is what lets an operator work at a comfortable height at every station rather than bending over a fixed line. Ground clearance is 10 mm and it turns in place. It follows ground markers rather than navigating freely - the right choice on an assembly line, where the route is fixed and repeatability matters more than flexibility - and docks to within plus or minus 10 mm. Top speed is 0.4 m/s. 2D lidar object detection is optional, and safety sensors and buzzers reduce collisions. Each robot runs independently, so there is no central point of failure that stops the whole line; it can be driven automatically or manually and connects over Wi-Fi on 2.4 and 5 GHz.
