3DBT-33 is a rehabilitation robot trainer that stabilises the trunk, builds lower limb strength and trains sit-to-stand and side-to-side movement. It is aimed at stroke patients, people who need pelvic correction and those who find it hard to sit upright or stand. The system combines a foothold section, robot arm, robot chair and an all-in-one PC with a 21.5 inch touch screen, which runs balance assessment and game-based training with real-time biofeedback. It bears users up to 150 kg, uses 180 W and can be controlled remotely over LAN or Wi-Fi. Man&Tel reports completing a clinical trial of the robot in 2017 at Korean university hospitals.
