Huayan Robotics(Han's Robot) Star Robot Program Video

This Star Robot consists of AGV and Elfin .The aim of this project was to build an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) that could navigate in a warehouse. The designed AGV was equipped with a Laser Navigation sensor interfaced to a controller for the purpose of determining its position and orientation. Using a wireless communication protocol, the AGV’s controller is in constant communication with a Base Station computer exchanging navigational and control data. The Warehouse Management System (WMS) identifies destination positions for the AGV, and communicates this data to the Base Station. The Base Station calculates an effective route for the AGV to follow in the warehouse, and sends it to the AGV controller which then controls the AGV to its required destination.
