The YMBot Type D4 is Yunmu's heavy-load industrial robot, built around a 60 kg dual-arm capacity — 30 kg per side — which is an order of magnitude beyond the rest of the YMBot range and puts it in the class of machine intended to replace high-risk, high-intensity manual work rather than to assist with it. Yunmu pairs that strength with millimetre-level precision through high-precision motion control and embodied intelligent algorithms, and wraps it in a multiple safety protection system. The body measures 1,820 by 800 by 680 mm with 27 degrees of freedom excluding end effectors, and it rides on a four-rotating four-wheel-drive omnidirectional chassis that can translate in any direction at up to 1.5 m/s. A 800 mm lifting stroke gives it a 0 to 2 m operating space, so it works from floor level to above head height. Twin 48 V 30 Ah packs support quick replacement and an eight-hour duty cycle. Perception is comprehensive — binocular, RGBD and fisheye cameras, LiDAR and a six-dimensional force sensor — and the expansion interface exposes both low-level joint and sensor access and high-level motion interfaces over ROS2.
