Stride™ is Berkshire Grey's high-speed robotic shuttle sortation system for retail and omnichannel fulfillment. Independent shuttles move point-to-point in parallel, sorting into totes or boxes at high density inside a compact footprint.

- Robotic shuttle unit-sortation for high-throughput fulfillment (OEM Stride Shuttle Sorter PDP + product sheet). Parallel shuttle architecture eliminates single-path conveyor bottlenecks
- configurable beam lengths (8 m / 10 m / 14 m) with middle or end induction
- sort-to-tote or sort-to-box. OEM claims ~6.5× human baseline per labor hour, ~50% footprint reduction vs traditional sorters, and >99% accuracy
- SKU scale cited from ~4k to 60k+. Manual or Core™ robotic induction
- controlled short release into outbound containers
- optional dynamic staging and automatic takeaway. Suited to store replenishment, omnichannel, wholesale/B2B, and brownfield space-constrained sites.
