BESCHREIBUNG

The AP series is Shihe's modular anti-corrosion platform for petrochemical storage tanks, and it is sold as a construction kit rather than a single machine: one magnetic chassis, a process control program, an execution module and a process attachment, combined for the job in hand. Three execution modules are offered - a swing-arm reciprocating module, a linear reciprocating module and a water-jet spray disc - and between them they deliver five processes. Open blasting runs two guns at up to 35 m2/h, dry or wet. Vacuum recirculating blasting runs two vacuum guns at up to 10 m2/h, recovering the abrasive. There is medium-to-low pressure washing and ultra-high-pressure water jetting, semi-open spraying down to a 60 micron minimum film thickness, and recovery-type water jetting at up to 45 m2/h. The platform itself is 760 x 1,000 x 350 mm and 66 kg, drawing a maximum 1,200 W and travelling at 0 to 7.6 m/min. Shihe describes it as continuing the reliability and safety design of its magnetic wall-climbing line.
