Shenhao L1 Pro Outdoor Wheeled Inspection Robot
BESCHREIBUNG
The L1 Pro is Shenhao's outdoor substation workhorse: a modular four-wheel-drive, four-wheel-steer chassis that drives a substation yard on its own and reports what it sees. Positioning comes from 3D laser combined with an inertial navigation algorithm, accurate to ±1 cm and able to relocate itself if it loses its place — which matters in a yard where every bay looks alike. It reads outdoor equipment for appearance defects, meter readings, switch positions and temperature, and collects sound and micro-meteorological data as it goes. Safety is handled by layers rather than one sensor: autonomous obstacle avoidance, pit protection, safe edge contact and emergency stop. It runs more than eight hours, the longest endurance of Shenhao's wheeled inspection line, wades over 15 cm and clears 7 cm obstacles, and it can work offline when the network is down.
