Reliant is a Group 3 vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) fixed-wing unmanned aerial system (UAS) from Quantum Systems. It combines long-range endurance with rapid, infrastructure-free deployment. Supported by a rugged internal combustion engine compatible with heavy fuels, Reliant delivers over 10 hours of persistent ISR without runways, launchers, or recovery gear. It is designed for high-wind, high-altitude, and denied environments, and features dual swappable payload bays for ISR, SIGINT, or EW missions. Onboard edge AI processing, enabled by Jetson Orin NX modules, delivers real-time threat detection and adaptive rerouting, even without connectivity. The platform can be deployed by a two-person team in under 15 minutes using a compact 10x10-meter footprint for launch and recovery from rooftops, vehicles, ships, or remote terrain. With an IP55-rated, all-weather design and reliable GNSS-denied navigation, Reliant operates in complex, contested battlespaces.
