Oceaneering UniMover D 100
BESCHREIBUNG
The UniMover D 100 is the smallest of Oceaneering Mobile Robotics' underride robots, a compact AMR for moving light goods - boxes, totes, trays and individual items - through a facility or directly to people, able to work in busy areas with safe, predictable behaviour. It carries up to 100 kg on interchangeable handling modules (conveyor, lifter or lockable cabinet), drives at up to 1.5 m/s on a differential drive with a 370 mm zero-turn pivot, and navigates by natural features to plus or minus 10 mm and 1 degree, with obstacle avoidance that can be enabled or disabled by area. The 680 x 460 x 390 mm powder-coated steel robot runs on a 24 V lithium-ion battery with automatic charging from underneath. Safety comes from a safety PLC, a front safety laser with 270-degree coverage (rear laser optional for full 360 degrees), an emergency stop and pressure-sensitive bumpers, with ANSI B56.5 / ISO 3691-4 compliance, Wi-Fi and a wireless user interface; it works in mixed fleets.
