BESCHREIBUNG
NR2 is Niryo's compact 6-axis industrial robotic arm for light industrial automation, part of its Nate (Niryo to Automate) platform and NR Series, with an open, AI-ready architecture. It is sized for lightweight parts - machine tending, component handling, quality inspection, packaging and assembly - without oversizing the robot. It carries 2 kg with plus or minus 0.1 mm pose repeatability (ISO 9283) and a maximum TCP speed of 3 m/s, on a base footprint of just 190 mm diameter. Two versions share that footprint: NR2 M with 800 mm reach and 17 kg robot weight, and NR2 L with up to 1,100 mm reach, up to 2 kg payload depending on reach, and 19 kg. It runs at 5 to 45 degrees C on 100-240 VAC, has Ethernet, USB and I/O interfaces, meets ISO 10218-1 and is CE certified. Each robot comes with the NC 1000 controller, designed for 24/7 operation and simplified connection to machines, sensors and safety devices, and is programmed with NiryoStudio for Nate. Niryo announced it as now available on 2 September 2026; it forms a complete ecosystem with Niryo's NA actuators, NPG grippers and smart machines.
