BESCHREIBUNG

The D6 is the larger Neuromeka delta: 6 kg of payload over a working area 1,300 mm across and 500 mm deep, on the same four axes with a wrist turning plus or minus 180 degrees. What stands out is how little the extra load costs it. On the standard 25 x 305 x 25 mm path the cycle runs 0.30 s empty, 0.36 s at 1 kg, 0.39 s at 3 kg and 0.45 s at the full 6 kg — carrying twice the D3's payload at a shorter cycle time than the D3 manages with 3 kg. It repeats to 0.1 mm, weighs 80 kg, and uses the same AC servo motors with absolute encoders and vibration-suppressing frame. Neuromeka integrates it with grippers, conveyors, vision sensors and PLCs as a complete line solution.
