MICRO S automatic ist ein Industrial-Robot von IMS Robotics. Er ist für Reinigung, Inspektion, Fernsteuerung ausgelegt.
The MICRO S automatic combines the MICRO series' features with better bendability and use in even smaller pipes, from DN 75 to DN 250. Its 60 mm cutter is braced with two radial bladders and moves through the pipe with a manual or automatic creeping and climbing function and about 100 mm of axial feed, operated conveniently at the cutting spot. The air-powered head has endless rotation and about 90 degrees of swivel for removing deposits and opening and reopening laterals after liner rehabilitation, with a colour camera with LED lighting cleaned by air or water. It is supplied with a 50 m hose with integrated push rod, a removable two-joystick control unit and a mini PC with video software.
