Mabo Side-loader is an AMR for moving long and heavy loads in confined spaces. It picks up a load width-wise and then drives length-wise, and is often used for long goods in buffer warehouses between production and dispatch. It lifts up to 8,000 kg to 10,000 mm. Its 3DOF control lets it move in any direction at any time, saving space in aisles and at intersections. Mabo has built custom versions, including one that uses a large pin instead of forks to pick up rolls of laminate flooring.
