BESCHREIBUNG

LuckiBot is OrionStar Robotics' tray delivery robot, built for restaurants, hotels and retail floors where staff spend their time carrying things between a counter and a table. It stands 1,320 mm tall on a 530 x 500 mm base and weighs 39 kg, and carries three open trays: the top two measure 500 x 430 mm with 210 mm of clearance, the bottom one 480 x 400 mm with 280 mm. Each tray takes up to 10 kg and the robot up to 40 kg in total. It runs OrionStar's own Robot OS, built on Android 9.0, and navigates with a dual-SLAM solution that combines more than one localisation method so it keeps its position in a room full of moving people. Cruising speed is adjustable between 0.5 and 1.2 m/s, a charge lasts about 10 hours in a typical shift and takes about 4.5 hours to replace with the robot powered off. Several LuckiBots can work the same floor and coordinate autonomously rather than blocking one another. Interaction is what OrionStar leans on: a 10.1-inch touchscreen at 1200 x 1920, and a six-microphone ring array giving 360-degree pickup effective to about five metres, drawing on the company's roots in AI voice assistants. The robot works in four modes - delivery, greeting, guidance and cruise - so the same machine runs food to a table, welcomes people at a door, walks a guest to a seat or circulates with a promotion. It is finished in pearl white and black.
