The KRXG32C is Sevnce's rail-mounted inspection robot for underground coal mines, with a composite explosion-proof structure (Ex I Mb, IP66) for gas and dust hazards. Flexible-rail technology lets it run through curves and slopes in mine roadways, and multi-dimensional sensing, edge computing and 5G transmission give precise monitoring, real-time processing and fast data return. Single-rail twin drive moves it at up to 2 m/s; it climbs 25-degree grades, needs a 600 mm wide and high clearance including the rail, positions to +/-5 cm, travels 8 km per charge on level track and recharges in up to three hours between -20 and 60 C. It measures up to 1,400 x 420 x 480 mm and 120 kg, with obstacle avoidance, emergency stop, autonomous charging, edge computing, voice, video monitoring, self-check, one-key return and fault diagnosis.
