TARA Gen 1

BESCHREIBUNG

TARA is iHub Robotics' service humanoid and the machine the company is known for: wheeled, waist-up human in form, and sold in four dress-ups of the same robot — TARA Learn for classrooms, TARA Greet for reception desks, TARA Care for hospitals and TARA Banking for branches. What it does is talk and find its way. It holds contextual conversation in more than a hundred languages with live translation and regional accents, recognises faces and gestures, tracks whether a student is paying attention, and navigates a room or a campus on its own by SLAM. A shift is about seven hours, after which it docks and charges itself, and content updates arrive from the cloud. In a classroom it delivers whole lessons, runs voice-based quizzes with instant scoring, answers doubts and guides visitors to departments. At a bank it hands out queue tokens, walks customers through account opening and digital banking, warns them about OTP fraud and presents loan and card options; iHub claims it handles more than a thousand queries a day and cuts waiting time by about 40 per cent. In a hospital it works as a patient assistant. The robot has been exported to the UAE and Saudi Arabia and appears at public events in Sharjah. Its intelligence is meant to come from VIVEKA, iHub's own generalist vision-language-action model.
