BESCHREIBUNG
The HighMate V series is Shihe's ship-hull derusting robot and the product that gave the company most of its market. It climbs the side of a vessel on a flexible magnetic-adhesion chassis and strips rust and old coating with an ultra-high-pressure water jet, while a vacuum recovery dish catches the waste water as it works. That recovery is the commercial argument as much as an environmental one. Blasting a hull conventionally means containing grit and contaminated runoff; Shihe claims 99 per cent recovery in real time with no dripping, and the recovered water is filtered and returned to the supply side, so the whole system runs closed-loop from a freshwater line through an ultra-high-pressure pump and back. It measures 786 x 1,154 x 550 mm, weighs 90 kg and travels at 15 m/min on 1.2 kW. Curved surface adaptation lets it reach more than 90 per cent of a hull's exterior, and one operator on the ground can run several machines by remote control, each navigating and planning its own path with one-touch lane changing. Shihe reports on-site derusting of 50 m2/h to Wa2.5 grade, six times manual productivity, and cites the largest single order for ship-derusting robots recorded anywhere: 36 units to COSCO Nantong in 2022.
