BESCHREIBUNG

GreetingBot Nova is, in OrionStar Robotics' own description, its first large language model robot for the global market. It is a reception and guidance machine - a 14-inch 1080 full-HD display on a wheeled column - but the pitch is the conversation rather than the movement: smooth voice interaction across more than 30 languages, backed by an LLM instead of the fixed dialogue trees these robots normally run. It stands 1,350 mm tall on a 558 x 525 mm base, weighs 56 kg and is finished in silver and gunmetal grey. A single 13-megapixel head camera handles vision for interaction. OrionStar describes the industrial design as a fresh one with more hardware interfaces and peripheral space than its predecessors, which is aimed at integrators who need to bolt their own equipment onto the robot. Navigation uses 3D lidar with a 170-degree field of view that extends to 240 degrees on the horizontal plane, and OrionStar deploys it marker-free - no floor tags or reflectors to install. Cruising speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 1.2 m/s, a charge lasts 12 to 14 hours in a typical scenario and takes 4.5 hours to replace on the dock, and the robot recharges itself. It is sold into company receptions, exhibitions, restaurants, nursing homes, train stations, car dealerships, hospitals and office buildings.
