Flex Floor 2.0T is Fori Automation's high-capacity, omni-directional tunnel automated guided cart for material handling and assembly. It can be fitted with custom tooling, hitch pins, a powered trunnion or a scissor lift, and can travel forwards and backwards, side to side and spin on its centre; Fori uses it with a powered conveyance companion cart for pallet transfer in automotive powertrain plants. Standard capacity is 6,000 lbs (2,727 kg), increasable as required, with travel at up to 180 ft per minute on magnetic bar, tape or optical guidance and +/- 12 mm positioning repeatability, a 24 or 48 VDC architecture, lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries, a Siemens PLC-based control system and onboard safety scanners and bumpers.
