Flex Floor 2.0 is Fori Automation's high-capacity, omni-directional unit-load automated guided cart for material handling and assembly, integrated with custom tooling for assembly applications. It can travel forwards and backwards, side to side and spin on its centre. The standard cart carries 6,000 lbs (2,727 kg), which can be increased as required, and travels at up to 180 ft per minute on magnetic bar, tape or optical guidance with +/- 12 mm positioning repeatability. Length and width are customisable, with a 24 or 48 VDC architecture, lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries, a Siemens PLC-based control system and onboard safety scanners and bumpers.
