EULON Lower Limb Exoskeleton Gait Training System

BESCHREIBUNG
This is EULON's clinical machine — a powered lower-limb exoskeleton used with an assisted-walking bracket to get patients with spinal cord injury, hemiplegia or paraplegia upright and walking again. It is not a wearable a patient takes home: it belongs in a hospital or rehabilitation centre, where its job is as much to spare the therapist repetitive physical work as to move the patient's legs. The bracket is what makes early sessions possible. It suspends and fixes the exoskeleton so a first-time patient keeps their balance, steers automatically in any direction, and has a lifting function that lets the device be put on while seated on a dedicated safety stool. Its control buttons are on the bracket itself, so patients can drive their own walking rather than being walked, and EULON says it is compatible with all of its lower-extremity exoskeleton models. On the exoskeleton side, EULON lists responsive mode, joint moment feedback, online gait adjustment and a natural walking gait, with several built-in rehabilitation training modes and stride length adjustable per patient. It adapts automatically to waist movement and passively prevents foot sagging. Mechanical fixation and strap protection carry the safety load, and the bracket design is stated to meet national safety standards. The clinical claims made for it are functional recovery of the lower extremities, improved blood circulation, relief of muscle spasm and increased neural excitability, with the specific target of mitigating complications and sequelae following spinal cord injury.
