The ConTrax Module One is a custom-made mobile manipulator developed in partnership with Idealworks and BÄR Automation. It combines robotic arms with automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to maximize their potential in industrial environments.
FUNKTIONEN
- Mobile manipulator: a BAR Automation ConTrax mobile platform carrying an Agile Robots Yu 5 Industrial cobot
- 500 kg transport payload (the Yu 5 arm handles up to 5 kg)
- Up to 1.2 m/s travel speed
- SLAM free navigation with optional optical fine positioning
- 48 V 42 Ah LiFePO battery with inductive charging for cycle-time-parallel, 24/7 operation
- Decoupled design: the AGV sets the arm on a supply station and returns to transport tasks
- Co-developed with BAR Automation and Idealworks for intralogistics
