The SF15-C1538 is a 15 kg stamping press robot in CHAIFU's PRESS series, a vertical articulated industrial robot with 4 axes and a maximum reach of 1610 mm. Repeatability is ±0.06mm and it is driven by ac servo motors, with IP 65 (The wrist is protected to IP 67) protection. PRESS robots use LIKEHEATTREATMENT thermal technology for a solid foundation on every press stroke, covering 8 kg to 25 kg loads; base axes are IP65 and wrist axes IP67. CHAIFU builds the PRESS series in Shanghai with its own LIKEPRECISION RV precision gearboxes and servo motors, and positions it for stamping lines, precise handling and palletising.
