Agrobot ist ein Agricultural-Robots von Gumich RTK. Er ist für Landwirtschaft, Materialhandhabung, Transport ausgelegt.
Agrobot is Gumich RTK's multifunctional modular robot platform, intended to raise worker productivity in agriculture, construction, heavy industry and oil and gas. It carries heavy loads across cramped building sites, marshy ground, soft soil and narrow crop rows, and helps during seasonal fertilising and harvesting on farms of several hectares. Depending on the module fitted it takes on different jobs: an irrigation module for watering, disinfecting and pest control, a lifting platform for picking fruit from trees, a feed pusher for dairy barns, and municipal attachments such as a snow blade, lawn mower or watering system. The robot drives autonomously along a route, avoids obstacles including off-road, carries and tows loads, follows a person and responds to gestures, and records and transmits data. A landing pad lets a companion drone recharge and exchange data for monitoring sowing and crop condition. The compact platform fits in a cargo vehicle, recharges easily and is rated IP67.
