Integra Robotics' UGV is a remotely operated tracked ground vehicle that can carry 500 kg on its deck or tow 600 kg on a wheeled trailer. It is designed for dual use: moving heavy loads across factory floors, warehouses and rough outdoor yards, and carrying sensors or equipment for defence, security and hazardous-site work. The mild-steel chassis rides on Kevlar-reinforced rubber tracks driven by a 144 Nm drivetrain with zero-radius differential steering. The vehicle weighs 200 kg, reaches 8 km/h empty or 3.5 km/h fully loaded and climbs slopes of 30 degrees empty or about 25 degrees loaded. A 48 V, 105 Ah LiFePO4 battery (5,040 Wh) gives about two hours at maximum payload and recharges in about five hours, and the vehicle is rated IP56. The operator drives it from a 10.5-inch Android tablet ground station in a rugged case, watching a night-vision stereo front camera and a wide-angle rear camera over an encrypted wireless link with a range of 300 m line-of-sight or 80 m without line of sight. The reinforced top deck can take a six-axis cobot, inspection sensors, a drone launch bay or tooling.
