Tomas-Q is Yeefung's low under-ride tugger AGV: at 350 mm high it slips under a material trolley, latches on with a 40 mm lift and pulls it to its destination. Natural navigation with no floor markers lets it route around obstacles in dynamic environments, and Yeefung targets automotive and manufacturing plants. It measures 1450 x 550 x 350 mm, weighs 240 kg, travels at up to 1.5 m/s, and positions to +/-10mm. Power comes from a 48V Lithium 38Ah battery with automatic or manual charging; it communicates over WLAN, and E-stops, non-contact and mechanical protection plus a SICK S300 laser obstacle scanner keep it safe.
