Retail Tank Cleaning Robot

描述

Retail Tank Cleaning Robot是BetaTANK Robotics的Cleaning-Robots。 面向清潔、遠端設計。

The BetaTANK Retail Tank Cleaning Robot is a compact hydraulic robot for cleaning the underground petrol and diesel storage tanks at retail fuel stations, so that workers do not have to go inside them. It is the second robot developed by BetaTANK Robotics after its crude oil sludge cleaner. The robot has a very small diameter with its arms folded, so it can be lowered through narrow tank manholes; The Better India reports it fits standard 24-inch manholes. Inside the tank the arms open out to give wide reach, and water is sprayed through them to wash the tank interior. The spent wash water is stripped and recovered in a closed loop. As with the company's crude oil robot, all actuation and propulsion are hydraulic and there are no electrics inside the tank, which removes ignition sources in the fuel vapour. BetaTANK publishes no dimensions, weight or performance figures for this robot.
