Hangcha's rail-mounted inspection robots run on overhead rails to patrol utility tunnels, power rooms and equipment halls around the clock. The MR200 draws power from a sliding contact line for uninterrupted 24/7 inspection. A 2D laser stops it and raises an alarm if something blocks the route, a two-section flexible chassis takes 300 mm-radius curves, and a four-section folding arm covers equipment in 2.4 m cabinets. The HR200 is a smaller, lighter version that runs at up to 2.5 m/s, takes 600 mm-radius turns and climbs up to 90 degrees. It charges at distributed stations and keeps inspecting offline when the network drops. A companion rail-mounted firefighting robot works with the inspection robots to put out fires in spaces up to 60 cubic metres. The robots come from Guozi Robotics, a Hangcha Intelligent subsidiary.

- HR200: Supports offline robot inspection, independent operation without network, and resume data transmission after network interruption, ensuring that inspection tasks can be executed normally and data can be reliably transmitted even in environments with unstable or no network
