MICROautomatic E是IMS Robotics的Industrial-Robot。面向清潔、檢查、遠端設計。

The MICROautomatic E is IMS Robotics' electric cutting robot for house connections from DN 100 to DN 250. Its compact cutter module, about 72 mm in outer diameter, carries an air-cooled electric milling motor with 600 W nominal power and integrated speed control, and bends through 90 degrees from DN 100. Without a large compressor it runs with much less background noise than pneumatic cutters, so crews can work at any time of day. Internal pressure monitoring protects it from moisture, a colour camera with LED lighting and camera cleaning shows the work, and it is run from a PLC touchscreen control with HDMI display holder and two joysticks, fed from a drum with up to 70 m of cable.
