Dylan is Chuangze's big-screen service robot for reception, guided tours, shopping guidance, business enquiries and advertising in malls, supermarkets, showrooms, banks and government halls. It pairs an 8-inch expression screen with a 27-inch 1080p touch screen, has movable arms, hears through a six-microphone array with 360-degree source location over 5 m and sees through three cameras for photos, video and face and body detection, recognising VIP customers.\nA lidar maps more than 50,000 m2 and it navigates autonomously, avoiding obstacles at 0.1-1.2 m/s through gaps wider than 55 cm, then returns to its dock (4-hour charge). It runs Android 12 on 8 GB RAM and 64 GB storage with 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi; options include elevator and door control, QR, fingerprint and RF-card readers and a thermal printer, and an SDK allows custom development. It measures 510 x 510 x 1,500 mm and weighs about 80 kg.
