Doozy-V1 is a wheeled, dual-arm semi-humanoid robot from Doozy Robotics for warehouse, logistics and manufacturing work. A humanoid upper body with articulated arms and hands sits on an omnidirectional wheeled base, so it can move through a facility and handle items at workstations and racks. The robot is aimed at picking, sorting, tote and bin handling, inventory restocking, assembly-line support and machine tending. It uses SLAM-based localisation, dynamic obstacle avoidance and adaptive path planning, with real-time perception for working safely alongside people, and fits into existing operations without infrastructure redesign. Multiple robots can be run from a central dashboard with task allocation, performance analytics and predictive maintenance alerts. Doozy lists the V1 at 176 cm tall with 23 degrees of freedom, a 5 kg payload, a speed of 1.2 m/s and about 4 hours of battery life. The company is offering it to customers through pilot partnerships.
