The YG-RM04 is a wire-free robotic lawn mower from Y&G that navigates by camera instead of a boundary wire. A deep-trained neural network picks out grass, edges and obstacles, so the mower can be set up without burying a perimeter cable and handles residential and light commercial lawns of up to 1,200 m2. It cuts a 22 cm swath with a three-blade disc at 3,100 rpm, adjustable from 25 to 60 mm in eight steps, climbs 20-degree slopes and runs at under 60 dB. A removable 20 V 4 Ah battery gives about 70 minutes of mowing and recharges in 1.3 hours; the mower docks itself when the battery runs low or rain is detected. Owners manage up to four zones, schedules and progress through the Smart Life app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and the IPX5 body can be hosed clean. Y&G sells it wholesale and as an OEM/ODM platform.
