Tugger High is the top of Bluepath Robotics' tow-type AMR line, rated to tow 18,500 kg — the load class of automotive body-shop and large-scale distribution work. Built by Bluepath Robotics of Istanbul, Turkey, the 1,500 x 1,400 x 2,450 mm unit runs at up to 2 m/s while holding +/-10 mm positioning accuracy, and a 690 Ah lithium pack with opportunity charging keeps it working across shifts rather than parking to recharge. It is PLd certified with 3D object detection for situational awareness on a shared floor, and VDA 5050 compliant for mixed-vendor fleet scheduling.
