FP 27 is AFORMIC's largest underride AMR, engineered for loads of up to 6 t. Four omnidirectional drives move its 5.5 m platform in any direction, with 14 emergency stops and bumpers on every side. It measures 5500 x 2000 x 750 mm, weighs 4000 kg, carries 6000 kg, lifts 60 mm and travels at up to 1.5 m/s with +/-10 mm positioning accuracy. Drive: omnidirectional (4 x 2.5 kW). It navigates by lidar SLAM using safety laser scanners with a 360-degree field of view, and is managed by AFORMIC's QURSOR fleet platform, which handles task allocation, path planning, traffic and KANBAN workflows. Power comes from a Li-Ion 560 Ah, 48 V battery.
