Hangcha's explosion-proof inspection robots work in oil, gas and petrochemical sites where flammable gas or dust may be present. The wheeled EXDM200 navigates by 3D laser on an eight-wheel-drive omnidirectional chassis that climbs 30-degree slopes. It has a lifting platform of up to 1.1 m and is rated Ex db eb ib mb IIC T6 Gb. The EXHR300 is a dual-track rail robot rated II C T6 Gb. It runs at up to 1.0 m/s on four-wheel drive, climbs 25 degrees, covers 5 km per charge on a battery of at least 20 Ah, and detects gases and leaks. The EXHR600 is intrinsically safe and rated IP68, certified Ex ib IIC T6 Gb for gas and Ex ib IIIC T80 C Db for dust. It positions to +/-10 mm by odometry and RFID tags, carries thermal and HD cameras, gas modules and microphones, operates from -30 to +60 C and charges itself for unattended operation. The robots come from Guozi Robotics, a Hangcha Intelligent subsidiary.

- EXHR600: Adopting an intrinsically safe circuit design, the whole machine has intrinsically safe explosion protection (dual explosion protection for gas/dust) and IP68 protection level, and has obtained Ex ib II C T6 Gb (gas explosion protection) and Ex ib III C T80°C Db (dust explosion protection) certifications
- EXHR600: The navigation system employs a dual verification method combining odometer and RFID passive positioning tag, coupled with a high-precision servo drive system, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±10mm and ensuring smooth operation without the risk of track slippage
- EXHR600: The robot body adopts a modular design and can be flexibly equipped with sensors such as infrared thermal imagers, high-definition visible light cameras, multi-gas detection modules, and microphones according to different application scenarios
- EXHR600: Equipped with IP68 protection, it can adapt to a wide temperature range of -30°C to +60°C, as well as harsh industrial environments with high temperatures and high dust
- EXHR600: It supports multiple working modes such as scheduled inspection, continuous inspection, and remote control, and has an automatic charging function to achieve "unattended operation"
