The AMR-AI-Roller Robot is an MSI autonomous mobile robot with a roller-conveyor top that docks with production-line equipment and transfers goods on and off without manual handling. It identifies and aligns with stations automatically and exchanges data with line equipment wirelessly, so lines can be reconfigured without large equipment changes. It measures 811 x 674 x 1,101 mm, weighs 145 kg and carries up to 150 kg. It runs at up to 1.3 m/s with +/-50 mm positioning, needs a 1,005 mm aisle, crosses 5 mm gaps and climbs 7-degree grades. Navigation combines lidar, inertial and visual positioning with Intel RealSense 3D obstacle avoidance. A 48 V / 33.6 Ah battery runs 8 hours and recharges autonomously on a 30 A dock. Multiple roller robots cooperate under MSI's fleet platform. MSI targets electronics manufacturing, machinery processing, warehousing and food production, and the robot is certified to CE and SEMI S2.
