The F1S is WYBOT's solar surface skimmer without the camera. It floats on the pool, charges from the solar panel on its lid and skims continuously, so pool size is not a constraint. Navigation relies on an inertial sensor, and it offers two skimming modes, including a specialised edge cleaning mode for the debris that collects along the walls. The cloud-connected app selects the mode and controls the skimmer remotely. It shares the F1 Vision's 451 x 427 x 193 mm body, two motors, 33 W suction, 3 m3/h flow and 180 micron filter. The 5,200 mAh battery is rated for 12 to 24 hours of running, recharging in about six hours of sun or from the DC charger when the weather does not cooperate.
