Fortune Leopard

Fortune Leopard is OrionStar Robotics' restaurant service robot, sold in English-speaking markets under the LuckiBot name. It is a tray delivery machine: an open rack of shelves on a wheeled base with a screen and a face at the top, designed to carry food from a kitchen pass to a table and to greet and guide customers on the way. OrionStar built the product line out of its AI voice-assistant business, and interaction is a large part of it - a touchscreen face, a ring array of microphones for 360-degree pickup, and speech that works in a noisy dining room. Navigation uses OrionStar's SLAM stack so the robot holds its position among moving people and furniture, and several robots can work the same floor without blocking each other. It is deployed in restaurants, hotels and other commercial venues, where the intent is to take the carrying work off service staff so they spend their time with customers instead.
