YT20.1 converts a conventional pallet truck into an AGV: it uses natural navigation (no reflectors) to carry 2 t pallets between points without stacking, which keeps the cost down, and works with material-management, WMS and fleet-management systems. It measures 2020 x 825 x 1860 mm, weighs 800 kg, carries 2000 kg, travels at up to 1 m/s, and positions to +/-5mm. Power comes from a 24V Lithium battery 210Ah battery with automatic or manual charging; it communicates over WLAN, and E-stops, non-contact and mechanical protection plus a SICK S300 laser obstacle scanner keep it safe.
