YE10.1 is Yeefung's counterbalance-type forklift AGV, lifting 1 t to 2 m. It navigates by laser, communicates over WLAN, charges automatically and integrates with material-management, WMS and fleet-management software for warehouse inbound, outbound and buffer storage. It measures 2675 x 1044 x 2270 mm, weighs 1900 kg, carries 1000 kg, travels at up to 1.5 m/s, and positions to +/-5mm. Power comes from a 24V Lead-acid 270Ah, Lithium 200Ah(can be customized) battery with automatic or manual charging; it communicates over WLAN, and E-stops, non-contact and mechanical protection plus a SICK S300 laser obstacle scanner keep it safe.
