The Minuteman RoboScrub 20, sold as the MAX Ride RoboScrub 20, is an autonomous ride-on floor scrubber-drier for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. It is powered by Brain Corp's BrainOS, which combines AI with LiDAR and 3D and 2D cameras to follow trained cleaning routes, detect people and obstacles and either drive around them or stop when the path is blocked. Operators teach a route by driving it once manually and saving it on the touchscreen; the machine then repeats it on its own, and it can still be driven as a conventional ride-on scrubber for spills or one-off jobs. A flashing beacon and audible alerts signal autonomous operation, there are front and rear emergency stops, and phone alerts report when it needs solution, charging or help. Brain Corp's Robot Operations Centre provides remote monitoring, usage analytics and first-line support. It scrubs a 508 mm (20 in) path with a 635 mm squeegee, three brush speeds (200/350/450 rpm) and 68 L solution and recovery tanks, at up to 4 km/h and 1,895 m2/h autonomously or 5 km/h and 2,527 m2/h manually. Two 12 V 234 Ah batteries (24 V system) give about 3.3-3.75 hours of running. It measures 1,207 x 648 x 1,143 mm and weighs 313 kg with batteries.
