FP 20 is AFORMIC's shuttle-system AMR, a mobile base with a roller-conveyor module adapted to a dedicated pallet, so loads transfer automatically to and from conveyors and stations. It measures 1916 x 1452 x 500 mm, weighs 884 kg, carries 1000 kg and travels at up to 1.5 m/s with +/-10 mm positioning accuracy. Drive: differential (2 x 1.2 kW). It navigates by lidar SLAM using safety laser scanners with a 360-degree field of view, and is managed by AFORMIC's QURSOR fleet platform, which handles task allocation, path planning, traffic and KANBAN workflows. Power comes from a Li-Ion 120 Ah, 48 V battery.
