FP 12 is AFORMIC's standard underride robot: a low-profile platform only 200 mm high that slides under racks and carts, lifts them 20 mm and carries 1 t, with its low height adding safety and flexibility in tight spaces. It measures 1612 x 830 x 200 mm, weighs 333 kg, carries 1000 kg, lifts 20 mm and travels at up to 1.8 m/s with +/-10 mm positioning accuracy. Drive: differential (2 x 0.7 kW). It navigates by lidar SLAM using safety laser scanners with a 360-degree field of view, and is managed by AFORMIC's QURSOR fleet platform, which handles task allocation, path planning, traffic and KANBAN workflows. Power comes from a Li-Ion 120 Ah, 48 V battery.
