The UltraMax is BWT Robotics' largest commercial robotic pool cleaner, built for Olympic pools up to 50 m long of any shape and surface finish. It cleans the floor in 3, 4 or 6-hour cycles with four wide PVA brushes, and two drive motors and two pumps deliver 38 m3/h of suction, guided by the Aqua Smart System. Like all BWT commercial cleaners it climbs walls and steep slopes, and its suction can be roughly doubled by adjusting the intake valves closer to the surface - for example to pick up sand near a beach entry. A 4D filter of elastic 3D microfibre loops, combined with a vibrating motion, keeps water flowing and traps even very fine particles in a large XL bag accessed from below. It runs from a 230 V / 180 W supply on a 45 m cable with a hand-operated anti-tangle system, has a remote control and caddy, measures 40 x 81 x 29 cm and carries a two-year guarantee.
