BESCHREIBUNG

The NB185 is ROKAE's dedicated palletising robot, and the giveaway is the axis count: four, not the six of a general-purpose arm. A palletiser does not need to tilt its wrist — it lifts, swings and sets down level — so dropping two axes buys rigidity and payload for the same money. The single model in the series, the NB185-185/3.2-4, carries 185 kg through a 3,170 mm reach and weighs about 1,200 kg itself, repeating to plus or minus 0.06 mm on AC servo drive. It bolts to the floor, is rated IP54 with an IP67 wrist, and works from 0 to 40 C. That reach and payload put it at end-of-line palletising for heavy cases and sacks on continuous production lines.
